Forbidden Love

There is nothing oh so alluring as something that is not to be touched.

It seams the whole world is going crazy with this idea of forbidden love. Hence why there are so many vampire novels. Ooooh! Vampires! There dark creatures of the night! Shadowy lovers! and even better, their dangerous! Everything in this world that can, could, and will harm you! And yet we run to it. I like my fair share of vampire books thank you very much and am not condemning it (why do I feel like I have to justify my opinions and actions, as if even when writing on something I know maybe a total of three people will read in its existence I have to apologize so I don't hurt their feelings) I'm merely divulging on the idea it (mostly) represents.

"Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?"
2 Corinthians 6:14-16

I have to be satisfied with where I am in life and this relational drought and trust that God will send someone to me... and then I will find joy and peace and contentment...
But, what if there is no one for me. What if God made me to be single. I just keep clutching to one verse like a tourniquet to my wounds.

"For I know the plans I have for you' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future"
Jeremiah 29:11

Whatever God's planning, if I stay in His will, will bring me hope and a future.
